Opposites attract when the dynamic world of data centers meets the conservative HVAC industry. As a sales and management expert, I have been comfortable in this world for 30 years now. I advise companies from both worlds on sales, organizational and strategic issues, help with market entries and the establishment of partner landscapes. I am a consultant, sparring partner and an outside view. My experience from over 20 years in international groups in the field of HVAC and data center infrastructure can be wonderfully incorporated into my daily work. In particular, I have worked intensively with partners from the US, British and Irish countries in the past few years, and I am accordingly interculturally experienced and gifted. As a creative and goal-oriented team player, I act strategically or pragmatically, depending on the requirements. Deep expertise in setting up and developing sales structures with local or remote teams. Great experience in organizational changes and restructuring through integration or takeover. I am particularly characterized by a broad background knowledge and deep understanding of the industry, paired with an extensive, resilient network.
