R454B
The entire system is designed for the environmentally friendly and modern refrigerant R454B (A2L) with a GWP of 466. The GWP reduction is 78% compared to R410A. Due to the low GWP, the F-gas regulation 517/2014 is fully complied with with regard to a severe restriction on the quantities of HFC refrigerants put into circulation, refrigerants with a GWP of> 500 are not equivalent and are not permitted. The refrigerant R454B is classified in class A2L (flame retardant), the necessary fire protection measures must be taken on site.
